I’ve ordered twice in the last two days. Apparently the hours have changed and I miss ordering my pizza by two minutes for the kitchen closing. Today I made sure my order was in time and my order was canceled once again because the drivers had already left for last delivery..... what a joke

Our first time ordering we received the perfect local favorite hawaiian chicken BBQ pizza. We ordered with no onions or bacon due to diet restrictions & my husband does not like onions. Second time ordering the same pizza it was loaded with onions & my husband didn't eat any. Ordered again yesterday & this time they did not add onion or bacon. But they also left off the pineapple and loaded it with BBQ sauce as you will see in the pic. It looks nothing like the first time we ordered the same pizza. We will not order or go to this location again as it wasted time & money. They cannot get an order correct. They also got my name wrong.

Papa John's has great food. I have been working there since April of 2020. Let me tell you that our job is harder than the customers can imagine. Anyone we hire don't stay long and our management is mediocre at best. Usually we are open from 11 am to 10 pm. If you want to place an order you have to do that online or over the phone. We only accept orders through the drive though before 4 pm. Our lobby is completely closed, so please read the signs and don't yank on the door handles. We are severely short staffed right now so we are now only open 12 to 9 until we get more workers, preferably insiders. If you want to apply, please do so by calling the store about it and making a SnagAJob.com account. Please be patient with us, we are doing the best we can under stressful circumstances.

If i could give this place a 0 star I would. Sauce is plopped in the middle of the pizza and never spread to the edges, its dry. The toppings have to be hunted for since they do not seem to understand how much Papa Johns standard is. Dough is either way over done or raw in the middle of the pizza..always an issue with the quality of the food. Or they forget something you ordered my drinks then want to charge you for redelivery of those forgotten items. Darn shame

Papa John's used to be the best quality pizza you could buy, but they've skimped on some things lately in the name of profits. I really miss the Canadian Bacon they used to have that wasn't all chopped and diced so small.
Order from Seneca papa Johns and both time I found hair in my food and both times the have corrected it

Signs on the building say that only the drive-thru is open, but when you go there, the signs say you must call in first. So I sat in the parking lot while scrolling through the internet for a menu, ordering and waiting. Ordered a pizza and a steak and cheese Papadilla. The pizza was as usual, decent, but the Papadilla was flavorless. The only thing that gave it flavor was the accompanying garlic butter. I was disappointed, but you really can't expect a pizza shop to make good sandwiches.
