Papa John's has great food. I have been working there since April of 2020. Let me tell you that our job is harder than the customers can imagine. Anyone we hire don't stay long and our management is mediocre at best. Usually we are open from 11 am to 10 pm. If you want to place an order you have to do that online or over the phone. We only accept orders through the drive though before 4 pm. Our lobby is completely closed, so please read the signs and don't yank on the door handles....read full review
Papa John's used to be the best quality pizza you could buy, but they've skimped on some things lately in the name of profits. I really miss the Canadian Bacon they used to have that wasn't all chopped and diced so small.
Signs on the building say that only the drive-thru is open, but when you go there, the signs say you must call in first. So I sat in the parking lot while scrolling through the internet for a menu, ordering and waiting. Ordered a pizza and a steak and cheese Papadilla. The pizza was as usual, decent, but the Papadilla was flavorless. The only thing that gave it flavor was the accompanying garlic butter. I was disappointed, but you really can't expect a pizza shop to make good...read full review
