I went to see IT: Chapter 2 with a friend from work and I needed two balloons blown up. All the local dollar stores were either out of helium, or wouldn't blow up outside balloons. I was referred to Publix and they were happy to fulfill my needs. I appreciate them for their excellent customer service and dedication!

I was in on the 4th ....picking up some groceries to have on my way to Hilton Head for vacation. Some how three items were left out while the bagger loaded my vehicle. I didn't return until the 13th and while I was stocking up on groceries again I stopped by customer service and told them of this issue.....I not sure if it was the store Manager or not I spoke with but he and the young lady at customer service took care of me 100 %.........Thank You !!!!!!

Hope you dont mind a bit of constructive criticism.Your bakery is 24 hours,nice.As a consumer up on 3rd shift i was looking forward to tapping on the photos and seeing the best golden brown rotisserie chicken or anything mouth watering good.Maybe some nice chocolate eclairs or cheesecake for my lady.But i saw a lifeless,colorless photo of a good clean floor area to scoot on through to the cookout in Clemson or the huddle house.I challenge you to put 24 photos of your best looking and tasty items on your website as they come about over a week and watch sales increase greatly over time.An dont forget to mail big Billy Bob a few good coupons.It might help split the cost of our next weekend BBQ after a winning game!Hmmmm,the smell of fresh smoked pork like only them Carolina and Clemson fans can do,no offense to the boys in blue you all put a few hogs in the ground a time or two lol.Post pics and i will raise your review.

I ordered a cake for an office party and the experience was nearly flawless. Linda was incredibly patient and helpful with me over the phone and offered some great suggestions. Everyone enjoyed the cake but the only complaint is that the writing on the cake was not correct, albeit perhaps due to a communication shortcoming on my part. It was supposed to say "Con-graduations" (we were having a graduation party for one of the training classes) and the cake said "Con-gratulations". Oh well. The store offers many amazing meal deals as well as baked goods, deli selections and overall great savings in the grocery department. Definitely a company who values their customers and strives to provide memorable experiences every time. Thanks, Publix!
This is not a pleasure to shop at. Most registers are closed, nobody at customer no-service, managers hiding in the tiny office. Prices are very very high (one item $2 less at Walmart) and a nightmare experience every time. Shop anyplace else and you will not have to deal with Jack, the cashier who said he doesn't get paid enough to talk to customers.

Publix is my family's favorite supermarket in Anderson, SC. Produce, meat, fish and their deli and bread are always fresh. They have a great selection of cakes. I remember trying their strawberry tart last year which was absolutely delicious. One thing I have been so looking forward to trying is their pizza dough. It's usually at the bread section in a fridge. Every bad has a pound and 1 ounce. You buy the dough and leave it out for 1 hour and then you can put your favorite toppings on it and bake away! The result, an excellent delicious homemade pizza without the need to make the dough from scratch. I have attached a picture of the pizza I made using the dough. Please try it. You'll really love how great it tastes. Great selections of just everything. Excellent service by all their employees at the store. There is not a single time that I have or my family has been to Publix and we were disappointed.

Cakes and cupcakes are always good. Quick & cheap. I usually grab and go, but staff is usually available if you want writing on the cakes.

I will never order another cake from Wal-Mart! Placed an order for a cupcake cake a wk early. Just happened to call the morning of pick up to see about getting early. They couldn't find the order. Luckily, they had time to fix it before original pick up time. When I arrived, she said we only talked about it, and did not write it down. I told her we DID fill out an order form and she put the cake decoration with it! NEVER AGAIN!

My family and I really enjoy shopping here, the staff makes a trip to the grocery store a pleasant experience. The Pharmacy staff are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to find coupons or discounts on the prescriptions they dispense. The store in general is very clean and well organized! This management team gets it.
