I was in on the 4th ....picking up some groceries to have on my way to Hilton Head for vacation. Some how three items were left out while the bagger loaded my vehicle. I didn't return until the 13th and while I was stocking up on groceries again I stopped by customer service and told them of this issue.....I not sure if it was the store Manager or not I spoke with but he and the young lady at customer service took care of me 100 %.........Thank You !!!!!!
I ordered a cake for an office party and the experience was nearly flawless. Linda was incredibly patient and helpful with me over the phone and offered some great suggestions. Everyone enjoyed the cake but the only complaint is that the writing on the cake was not correct, albeit perhaps due to a communication shortcoming on my part. It was supposed to say "Con-graduations" (we were having a graduation party for one of the training classes) and the cake said "Con-gratulations"....read full review

I went to see IT: Chapter 2 with a friend from work and I needed two balloons blown up. All the local dollar stores were either out of helium, or wouldn't blow up outside balloons. I was referred to Publix and they were happy to fulfill my needs. I appreciate them for their excellent customer service and dedication!
