This evening, I went through Zaxbys drive through. The car ahead of me was told to park and their order would be brought to them. I was told the same thing. Four cars after us were also told this. The staff did not bring each order out as they were prepared. Instead, they held all six orders and had a young woman brought all six out at the same time. This took way longer than any drive-through service should take. Those of us who were waiting the longest had cold and soggy food...read full review
Both our salads were missing the French fried onions. After seeing this message Zaxby's was quick to get in touch with me and the manager called me within an hour to ask when I could come by and get two free salads on them. Customer service is fantastic at this location.
