Went on Saturday, sat at the speaker for a good 5 minutes (it was busy) sat in line for about 30 minutes in the drive through.When we got the window, we waited a long time again.They were out of spoons for ice cream?! I feel like this should have been stated at the speaker, ice cream with a fork! yay!The cherry limeade tasted off.The caramel sundae had 1 squirt of caramel on the bottom.The cookie blast had 2 little cookie crumbs in it.The chili dog had a fork in the package. Not ours!Not sure how this place can still be in business, but maybe it should think about closing? This place is terrible.

We decided to leave because we never got a reply to our red-button. I get it, food service can't be fun; so many places are understaffed, but c'mon... hiw long does it take to acknowledge that we're there & you'll be just a minute. It's courtesy & allows the customer to feel seen. Would've waited if we had been acknowledged...

updated review - 04/14/24 - i have been twice lately so i wanted to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I used the online app to order and then when i get there and check in like i am suppose to then nothing happens..... wait, and wait, and wait. The last two times i have had to wait over 30 to 45 minutes each time to get my order. Both times they cannot find my order for whatever reason. Sorely disappointed, it will be a while before i go back to this location. Not sure if this is lack employees working or problems with the mobile app but there is an apparent real issue.

Long story short, this is an open location however appears to be abandoned by the franchise. No answer from anyone at stalls, drive thru speaker, window, or phone. Called the corporate office while sitting at the drive thru window to make sure they notify the store manager, possibly do a wellness check on the people inside. Total time spent at location: 45 min, no employees, no food, just every car eventually driving away.

We decided to try this place again after taking a break due to several bad experiences. Ordered on the app and pulled into a stall around 6:20pm. Waited about 15 minutes with no one coming to the car. Tried pushing the button at the box, no response. Tried the drive through and sat waiting for another 15 minutes. When the car in front of us pulled up, they waited about 5 or so minutes before someone even opened the window. I saw a car pull up behind us to the drive-through intercom and then leave the line after several minutes. When it was finally our turn at the window, besides the guy at the window, I only saw one other worker in the back, iPhone in hand as they casually prepared orders. We got our food around 7:10, and of course it was cold. All three limeades tasted off, like they hadn’t been made right. All I can say is I’m shocked this location is still in business.

1 hour in and still waiting on food. I couldn’t get anyone to answer when I pressed the button on the stall so I ordered on the app. What is most likely the order I’ve already paid for is just sitting there in the kitchen while the staff is doing lord knows what. I do know they aren’t working.

Arrive at Sonic at 9:30pm went through the drive thru. Didn’t receive my order til 10:00pm. Fix the issue. Costumers should not be waiting a whole 30 mins due to workers clowning around instead of working.

Daughter just returned with dinner. After 35 minutes of sitting at the car hop menu they finally attempted to take her order while goofing around inside. Needless to say order was wrong. Hubby asked for footlong chilled dog with chili cheese tots and a RT44 sweet tea. What he got was two sides of chili cheese tots a foot long chilies cheese tots and a small coke. I ordered a corndog meal with tots and a root beer. I got an overly cook corndog, a half order of small overly salty tots and a Dr pepper (which I can't drink).Thankfully my daughters and her boyfriends meal were both correct since they bought and went to get it.This isn't the first time that we have had problems, but it will be the last time I go there.Think twice before wasting time and money at this place.

Does anyone even work here? The staff were just standing around talking. They didn’t take a single order of anyone there. One of the employees was just standing outside on their phone. After trying to get service at the car hop, we went through the drive thru. The employee said, “one minute” and we never heard from her again. We left and went to Chick-fil-a.

We ordered 2 milkshakes. Sat and waiting for over 30 minutes while other customers who arrived after us were receiving milkshakes and food. Meanwhile 3 of their employees ran out of the kitchen to go play on the playground for a solid 20 minutes. We pressed the button again to get a worker on the line and they had either lost or forgotten our order. HORRIBLE customer service. After an hour of waiting they came out with our milkshakes and 4 random drinks. But the worker dropped the tray spilling 1 of the milkshakes and had to remake it. Therefore adding more waiting time…

Tried to order on the outside drive up menu, No response on outside menu. Did mobile order and checked In, waited 45min for a mobile order, and again, nothing. . Went to drive thru to get refund, staff at the window was rude. Never apologized just stated that my refund wouldn’t go through for 5-7 days. When I asked for a receipt or documentation that the order was cancelled, I was told they’re not suppose to give out the refund receipt.
