“Galentine’s 2024 was a night to remember! Thank you for throwing event where me and the gal’s could celebrate our friendship. The DJ played all the hits, we won giveaway baskets curated by the local businesses that had pop up shops AND we made a few friends. I HIGHLY recommend you put the Taproom at the top of your bucket list if you haven’t visited yet. Their customer Africa was excellent and without them we couldn’t have gotten the complete taproom experience. Thank you so much!! ❤️“

“We went for my husband’s birthday and Chelsea was our server. My FIL ordered the Buffalo ribeye and it was too tough for him, he can only eat softer foods. We ordered something else for him that he could chew. They took the ribeye off the bill even though it was not their fault. Everyone in our party loved their meals. We will most definitely be back. Also our server was very attentive but not overly so. She was also very nice and sweet. We could not have asked for a better celebration!“
“Had the Mongolian Beef w Brown Rice...perfectly cooked, tender, tasty and a good portion. A tad expensive for fast food but I had to try this restaurant. Very polite waitress, and friendly owner. I'd recommend it enough that I plan on a Second Helping (visit)?“
“My husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night and had a great experience. I am a great cook and have been super disappointed with every restaurant we've tried in Greenville and Spartanburg lately. I expect quality and excellence when I dine because I can hold my own. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious and fresh. I have many food sensitivities and my body is a quality snob...it won't do cruddy oils or low quality ingredients. And to be honest, my body can tell when the staff is passionate and into their work or is just slapping matter onto a plate to get home as soon as their shift is over. I'm very surprised the place was so empty! So if you're looking for a truly good meal, give it a try. We will be back for sure.“

Thanks Chophoust 47, you are still my favorite place to dine!!My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary March 3, 2024 at Chophouse 47, our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, my steak, bone in ribeye, had so much gristle that I could not chew the majority of my steak. I carried half of it home , only to find threads of gristle in the meat. I threw it away. My wife enjoyed her meal. She had the petite filet, it was perfect. We enjoyed the evening but we were greatly disappointed in the ribeye.“
“Simple but fancy/elegant place. I went with my mom & toddler. It was probably some of the BEST food I’ve ever eaten (you have to try the minestrone soup) & the chef was so cordial. He spoke to us before we left and made sure that we liked everything (we loved it) and he gave my toddler a lollipop too. We will definitely be back! The prices were reasonable and well worth it as well, I don’t think I’ve ever had such flavorful food for the price we paid ($50 for three people, & all of us ordered WAY too much food). So glad we tried this today!!!Kid-friendliness: It looked fancier than we had thought it would be… but they welcomed us with our toddler too. ☺️“
“Hidden gem from what I could tell. Cocktails made to perfect and at a great price! I had the flounder and shrimp and it was cooked to perfection ! Light and flakey on the inside and crisp on outside ! The salad was huge and crisp and fresh. The honey butter croissant was the perfect addition!“

While the food was decent, the deviled eggs were so salty they should have thrown in a drink with it, the bread felt like it was purchased from yesterday's Bakery, and my drink took way too long to arrive. Instead of just apologizing and getting on top of it, too many excuses were given for slow service. Not at all worth the price you pay.“
