I have order my Auntie Anne’s through DoorDash when I’m working and this is the second time I’ve had my corn dog burnt like seriously. My pretzel was fine but corn dog was burnt?
I had my mouth set for a pepperoni pretzel after my granddaughter gave me a sample of hers' a couple of weeks ago! I hadn't eaten from there in years! Made a special trip to the mall to get one and it had to be cooked fresh, but I discovered it was almost burnt on the bottom! I should have looked at it before I left because two other customers before me had complained about whatever they bought was hard and was waiting for somebody to cook them some more, but I assumed after that...read full review

Sometimes we get a burnt batch but not the last time. When you have enough help you can multi-task effectively. So with the summer coming in with a blast, I pray they are fully staffed with customer service oriented individuals to handle to load. Happy Spring Fling 2023. The prices are a bit much also.
