Sometimes we get a burnt batch but not the last time. When you have enough help you can multi-task effectively. So with the summer coming in with a blast, I pray they are fully staffed with customer service oriented individuals to handle to load. Happy Spring Fling 2023. The prices are a bit much also.

Brought the mini dogs, they were given to me burnt. I told the cashier if she could switch them out because they were burnt. She said they were from the same batch and that's it. Disappointing, this was at Westgate Mall.

First, I asked about one of the drinks since I was fairly new to the restaurant and tried their pretzels usually but rarely their drinks but when I asked, the lady who was helping me and checking me was in her early 20's at least and she was rude and wasn’t willing to explain what the drink consists of. She just pointed at it when I asked about the drink and didn’t even give me a receipt when I ordered an original lemonade. And after I was done drinking the lemonade, I opened the top to eat some ice and it had a fly in it. It happened around 5:30-40. I don’t appreciate it especially as a person who works retail too.
I have order my Auntie Anne’s through DoorDash when I’m working and this is the second time I’ve had my corn dog burnt like seriously. My pretzel was fine but corn dog was burnt?

I had my mouth set for a pepperoni pretzel after my granddaughter gave me a sample of hers' a couple of weeks ago! I hadn't eaten from there in years! Made a special trip to the mall to get one and it had to be cooked fresh, but I discovered it was almost burnt on the bottom! I should have looked at it before I left because two other customers before me had complained about whatever they bought was hard and was waiting for somebody to cook them some more, but I assumed after that happened with them my pretzel would be fine but it wasn't! Also the person that made it had her hair pinned up but a fan what she was working under had her hair blowing and I wish they would enforce hair coverings when dealing with food like they did a long time ago because that is not sanitary in my world!
