I was born and raised in Mexico and I can say that this place has very good carnitas and EXCELLENT micheladas! Like the real deal…. I thought it was more like q Tex-Mex /style restaurant and it does have some dishes that I’m sure are that way, but the chilaquiles and the carnitas platter were awesome!!!! Definitely going back here to try more ????
Fiesta at Bronco's!Holy Guacamole! Let me tell you about my recent experience at Bronco Mexican Restaurant. I had the molcajete, and it hit me like a flavor piñata at a fiesta! It was so amazing that if I were a food critic, I'd give it a gold sombrero. The restaurant was very clean!? The server was excellent and had a great personality. My ?margarita was perfect. I ordered the #11 combo plate and it was delicious. Also the salsa had the best flavor , and tasted like fresh ingredients. I will definitely go back to this location.
