First time trying it & I'm highly pleased! The food was delicious, will be taking subway out of my options for subs & replacing with Firehouse! The prices are reasonable & the kids meals are great for a quick cheap bite! The employees were courteous & seemed to enjoy their job. The restaurant was very clean & had a good amount of seating. I ordered 6 subs tonight and they only for 2 of the sub orders correct. On the ticket the description was as I ordered but when I got home nothing was correct. And they were very basic subs. Really frustrating to wait 45 min for our food only to not be able to eat it.

The customer service was 10/10.The food was delicious and fresh. I got the extra pickles I asked for. The sweet tea was the best we have had this whole week out of all the places we have eaten.We will be stopping back in when we are in town again.Kid-friendliness: I have my 2 month old with me. The crew working was kind to us. I even laid my jacket out on the table and laid him down and no one gave me any bad looks or commented negatively on it.

We went to get a quick lunch before our appointment nearby. They took our orders and names, and we waited for the food. It took about 25 minutes to get the food, so we had to go to our appointment before we ate lunch. Fire house subs are always good, so we enjoyed it cold. I will eat at Firehouse Subs again and often.

Beyond impressed with this location today. Somehow the team at the Dorman Firehouse put together my unexpected large order for 41 people in an hour. I was in a pickle after another location wasn’t able to fill my group’s order, and Christina and her amazing team stepped up in a huge way to meet our needs. Besides the fact that the order was ready lightning fast and impeccably packaged for travel along with all the extras we could have needed, every part of the order was exactly right. That’s hard to do with a large order, but they pulled it off beautifully and graciously. I highly recommend Firehouse Dorman and am so grateful for their amazing service!Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread option!Kid-friendliness: Great kids meals—tasty options kids love
