We pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 pm. The girl said the system was down and it would be 15 min so we waited. We did not get our food until 11:15 pm. We ordered the popcorn chicken combo. They were out of curly fries. Out of sauced and loaded. I asked for ranch 3 times. We pulled out of the drive. No ranch. Pulled back in. They were out. But the girl didn’t say anything when I asked her DIRECTLY at the window. Did not respond. Also this is the amount of food we received. The boxes aren’t even half full. Crazy awful.

I went through the drive thru to pick up a door dash and it was so slow and they had music blasting on the inside (the lobby was closed) and the smell of marijuana was so strong and I sat at the window at least 6-7 mins before the lady came to the window to ask the name on the door dash and then sat there another 10 mins before it was ready. Door dash even messaged and asked if I wanted to cancel the dash cause I had been there so long. It was about midnight when I went.

The burgers are always a little dry the french fries are okay I absolutely love the tacos but they left my two tacos out of my last order when I try to call to retrieve the two tacos I did not get any answer I went back two days later and ask them if they could replace the tacos that they did not put in my bag with my previous order and they told me that they could not. So I lost out not only on the money I spent on my tacos but the enjoyment of the one item that I love most out of all the food so I mean I can't say it's a bad experience but I won't say it's the best experience.

People working there are nice enough but I don't think they've maybe ever changed their fryer grease. Every time I come there are black particles from the old grease on the fries. That's not pepper in the pic. Also gave me the wrong sandwich, with some of the nastiest looking limp brown lettuce. Dig in? 2nd time I placed an order in the App. Get to the store and it is closed. Everytime I call ? the phone goes straight to voice-mail. Had a previous issue where the computers ? were down but couldn't not order. They are building a 24 Hour What-A-Burger right beside this location. Days are numbered before they will be out of business. If I could give this place a .001 Star for service, that would be all they have barely earned.

I always enjoy coming to the Jack in the Box. It's the only remaining one in the Spartanburg area. The food is mostly fresh there have been times where it was less than their best. My biggest issue is the Customer service when dining in or drive thru during regular hours the staff acts like time is on their side. I waited well over 20. Minutes for my order today. While everything was made properly & the restaurant was clean. The restaurant was fully staffed from my observation & there were 3 customers which included myself in the restaurant & we waited longer than the drive thru line. When I visit in the later evening hours & after midnight if course I go through the drive thru line & the service is impeccable. I co ti be to plan on being a customer here, however I just felt that my experience today was not up to par. I would hate to see this restaurant close since it's the only one remaining in operation within driving distance.
