I go here weekly because it’s so close to my work. Well I went in today they no longer have lunch specials and they now charge for any sauces you get even though I got a Teriyaki Chicken plate I still had to buy two sauces it’s was almost $13. I won’t be back the service has gotten worse each week I go. The chicken is chewy and I ask for it to be cook longer and still chewy.

This is was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The food was Delicious.
Had a call in order. There was a young white lady that took the order without a hair net. She was rude and her long dirty hair was in my food! Disgusting! I recommend training for this particular employee. She is rude and disrespectful! Everyone else is nice and respectful. Especially the management.

The service was great, but the atmosphere and food were too generic, pedestrian at best. Our food was lacking in flavor. The atmosphere had modern pop music versus Japanese music. Cafeteria style seating. The food was freshly cooked, though. Fuji had more flavor. Next time we'll go there instead if we want fast food with flavor.Vegetarian options: I was able to order my tofu dish on the side. They had typical veggie dishes.Kid-friendliness: It's cafeteria style seating with plenty of room.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one disability spot that had a curb cut.

Worst sushi rolls I have ever had! Half of my tuna roll was discolored; my other rolls had literally a pinch of seafood! Not one single soy sauce packet in any 3 roll boxes even though they explicitly state each one comes with and I paid extra for extra sauces with NONE! The seaweed salad was disgusting! Tasted like soggy old greens with sweet and low sprinkled on top! Absolutely horrible! This is the first bad food review I’ve ever left, but do trust: so much well deserved! Absolutely horrible all around!!!
