I love this place but the past few times I've had delivery the orders were just bad. Food quality and timing issues! The pizza should have been cooked longer and then the next was crispy black almost. Usually I have great compliments so I don't know what's happened here but come on guys, get back on point!

I brought a pizza online from them and was able to track the process of my order and it's estimated time which I appreciate a lot. I walked in and I was thankful everyone was nice because I went up and to an employee and asked about my order, she was so nice she went all the way in the back and came back to just kindly tell me it was in the "lockers" where the pizza is kept warm till picked up, when you arrive you're supposed to use a passcode in your email which was SOO COOl. Anyway this place has good vibes and I appreciated her patience a lot!

The young teenage gentlemen who wears glasses and has the small dreads is always so polite and respectful. Everytime he has helped me and I've in Spartanburg since Thanksgiving. A special thanks to him. Its hard finding people genuine people anymore in food service. A good gentleman he is.

I'm gonna order a 3 meat treat with extra cheese and the lady tells me she can't add a topping to it she would have to charge me as a custom pizza. 10.98 to 16.00 just for me to get extra cheese. I will never go to this little ceasers every again.

What’s the point of the curbside pickup option if the employee answering the phone today (04/17/2023) won’t do their job? I was even parked right up front for easy access and called the store, just for him to tell me I’d have to come inside. I had two sleeping kittens with me, that was the point of me not having to come inside. The first time I picked curbside, the employee said they usually have customers come in but it was no problem taking the order outside. So why tf is it a problem to a different employee??? Don’t come here if you’re handicapped, can’t come in since your pet/child is sleeping in the car, the employee won’t come out for you even though you paid ahead of time. This is such an inconvenience. Sad part is, this is the only location in the city besides driving through I-85, into boiling springs for another location or west side’s terrible, congested traffic too.Parking: Lots of parking spaces, so no curbside pickup really makes no sense.Dietary restrictions: Nothing vegetarian friendly besides a pathetic salad and greasy cheese/veggie pizza.
