They got rid of all our favorites. Croissants, chocolate chip bagels, etc. There is no point in coming anymore. They got rid of everything good. We won’t be back.

Every single time I have come here, my order is either wrong or missing something, and today... both. I waited in line over 15 minutes just to pickup a carry-out order, only to get home and find the cheese and croutons missing for my French onion soup, and my chips were nowhere in sight. Food is good, but the service is sub-par.

Every time they give you less and less food, there are days when you go they don't have chips, another day they don't have a type of bread , a disaster ,ita very expensive , drinks expensive and for you to serve yourself , I don't go there anymore , I spent almost 30$ for a breakfast .

Waited in the drive through for 15mins on a Friday at 2:30pm, no other cars ahead of me. I could see into the store from the window and there were atleast 6 employees just chatting and picking around. One girl was throwing cups on the floor. Finally our food came out and the girl at the window couldn't even finish joking around long enough for me to say "Thank you". Not to mention my order 100% wrong. I order two different whole sandwiches and got 4 half of the same sandwich. But was charged for the correct order which was more expensive than the 4 half were.

Slow on to go orders, only one table was occupied with two people who already had their food. Waited a bit at the pick up counter and wasn’t acknowledged as well as the screen wasn’t updated status wise on the order I was waiting on. Finally like 10 mins later I was acknowledged and asked if I was waiting on a cup. My response was “no, waiting on an order” only to be told “ok” as she goes back to cleaning up another 6 mins pass and I was finally given the food. For half a sandwich and a baguette half I don’t feel it should’ve taken that long..

Their pizzas are disgusting. Sandwiches are pretty good. Desserts are awful and dry! Half the time my baguette and bread bowl is dry too. The candy cookie used to be our favorite but we got it a few weeks ago and it tasted putrid? Feels like Panera is going downhill lately!
We wanted to stop by and just grab a quick breakfast. We used the drive thru, and it took us 15 minutes waiting in line to order. When we ordered our food the cashier was unfriendly, and rushed our order. We got to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes before anyone said hello to us. All we ordered was two bagels, and a coffee. The coffee was luke warm, and was absolutely awful. We do understand that everyone is short staffed right now and they do try there best but the wait time, and being unkind is just awful.
