Ignore the negative reviews. The wait time is a little while, but ain't no 30 minutes. It's about the same time you'd wait in a chick-fil-a line or Starbucks lol. Besides, everything is handcrafted right after you order - it's not like they're pulling out factory made items. I'd rather wait longer for real handmade food than "fast" fake food. You can't compare the speed of this place to a "fast" food joint. If you want fake, fast generaric ice cream, there's plenty of places to find that. This, however, is unique and delicious. Besides, the food/drinks here are so good, tbh I'd wait hours for them! I had the ice cream and boba - both were better than anything else I've tasted anywhere else! Definitely will come back to try out the other items on the menu!

I HATE leaving negative reviews but this is insane. It does not take 30+ minutes to make bubble tea. There was absolutely no one in front of me or after me. I got bubble tea here 3 times and every single time it took forever with no other people in line. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Love love love rolled ice cream! So fresh! You do have to be patient for your order as each one is labor intensive. You can watch them create your yumminess right before your eyes! I went 2 weeks in a roll, the second time taking friends back with me. Be kind to the staff. Like everyone else, they are doing the best they can with the staff they have.

I first saw this type of Ice cream on a traveling channel...it originates in Thailand..so it's a new experience for many of us.I enjoyed it very much...definitely will go again...loved the Mango Tango...I had a very nice conversation with the owner ...the daughter and son...nice family owned/ run business.
Their boba drinks are delicious. My two coworkers and I used to take turns buying boba to get us through the day. Sometimes they decide to open and close at different times than what is listed on google maps, so it’s a little confusing.

We waited 15 mins for one ice cream with no one in front of us. We watched the employee take her lunch instead of working on our order. There was no one at the front for 10 mins. Then an employee shows up and was on his phone before starting our order. I asked the owner why it’s taking so long for one ice cream when clearly there was no one working at all!!! She couldn’t even speak to us. Poor customer service.

found small fly in my bubble tea last time i went but decided to go back/give it a second chance… this time a small gnat was floating in my tea… waited 20 minutes and tip every time and would wish for better quality/edible beverages
