There is 4 people "working" but one is just on the drive tru, the other one is walkong and doing stuff so slow, the other one is cooking but really not eficient and the last one i didn even noticed it was here intil she make a question, then i ask for a refund becase it took to long and my family told me they already got food because it took to long and it was like 10 min to get someone to give me my refund

I always have the worst experience with the other Bojangles in the Charleston, SC area so since I’m up in Summerville today I thought I’d give that one a try. Same ole story. Sat morning at 11:30am, I tried to order a Bo Chicken sandwich and was told, “Sorry, all of the chicken is frozen.” Haha. At least they are consistent!!! Sad. I love Bojangles, but sooner or later I’ll learn to stop going to the ones in my area.

Order was correct for both others chicken nice and juicy ? drive Thru was pretty long for it being only 11 but it moved fast

Wait time is ridiculous. Every time I've gone. There has to be a better system. Very unfortunate. I'm not sure how long this place will be open under whatever the current management is. Losing money every day, losing customers every day .

The food at this particular location was standard, but the customer service when we went in today, was wonderful. We had to wait for a few minutes for a staff member to be available but everyone working acknowledged our presence and apologized or thanked us for our patience. The employees who waited on us were helpful and engaged.

Notoriously terrible in every way from food, timeliness and in customer service. 10:00 today, Sat morning I go through the drive thru for sausage biscuits and the employee tells me that I have to come inside because they have a big order. I couldn't do that. She says, just come around." I had a BOGO coupon for having filled out the survey of a bad dinner service that I had just 2 days prior. She said they don't have anything to scan that with. I simply pay for my order. She gives me my card and order. I asked for a receipt.....she says they are out of receipt paper and honeyWhat's going on? Some higher up needs to intervene. I enjoy this chain and it is close to my home. Summerville deserves better!
