Absolutely one of the best recommendations received for corporate meals in the lowcountry area. The Gullah Experience with chicken, red rice, green beans, mac & cheese, corn muffins & peach cobbler was a great hit with our staff ! What an amazing team of professionals!. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how delicious and beautiful the food was. We are already thinking of what excuse for a party we can make up just to hire them again. Thank you Sameka and the entire Carolima's team.

This is my 2nd time working with Carolima's. As always the experience from end to end is top notch. I appreciate their clarity and transparency with every step of the catering process. They are timely in their communication. They have the most professional and courteous team as well. It is important to me that every person engaged make my guests feel welcomed.
