I was picking up a doordash order the other day and saw a manager being extremely rude to the cashier that helped me. The cashier went to ask the manager about my order and he shoved his hand in her face. I didn’t catch their names but the cashier was wearing a blue shirt.

Ordered the meal through Uber eats. Our soups never arrived with the meal. I called the restaurant and the person in the phone told me that they were the one who packaged the food and the soups left with the meal.A suggestion for Uber eats orders, “staple the bags so the driver can’t get into them and steal your customers food.”I’m disappointed with both Newks and the Uber eats driver.Newks for not packaging their food properly and Uber Eats because of the drivers unethical conduct.Newks, please package your food properly for the safety of your customers.The food was good though. So thank you.

Stopped in for lunch. Super friendly and helpful employee taking orders. Sandwhich and soup were good but not great....BUT, will go back often just because of the friendliness of the entire staff including mgmt and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Nice to see a business still understand customer service.

Service was good. Ordered the new horseradish roast beef sandwich -- after I peeled off 80% of the roast beef that was leathery and fatty, I enjoyed the great bread and fresh tomato sandwich. I use to love Newks, it is probably still good just stay away from what they call roast beef
