Went to get a drink and a milkshake with my bf this evening only to find myself waiting for almost an hour while cars around us were ordering, getting their food, and leaving. After speaking to a staff member… we didn’t hear anything for almost 20 min. Finally spoke to another team member and told them what they had and said they couldn’t see the ticket cuz it was too far back as if it was the systems fault and didn’t even want to apologize. The staff here does not care about their customers, or their time. I’m pretty patient but the way that the employees handled the situation after it was addressed twice was pretty bad. :((

With the prices of sonic food you'd think they'd at least try to get the order right. Extra caramel sundae and I receive a melted ice cream soup in a cup with no cherry, one little fart of whipped cream on top of the soup, and less "extra" caramel than what a regular one has.

Went today to get a recharger, felt like I didn’t have enough ice so I opened the lid and found a friend. Needless to say the drink is now in the trash?
I have previously had good experiences with this sonic so imagine my surprise, after waiting 20 minutes for a large mozzarella sticks, cherry limeade and kid's meal, to have raw food. The mozzarella sticks still had the batter on them and were cold. I sent in a message to let them know there was an issue and they offered me a coupon for a small mozzarella sticks with the purchase of another item. Lol. Like that is helpful or something. I figured I should at least warn other people to check their food before they leave the parking lot.
