I have previously had good experiences with this sonic so imagine my surprise, after waiting 20 minutes for a large mozzarella sticks, cherry limeade and kid's meal, to have raw food. The mozzarella sticks still had the batter on them and were cold. I sent in a message to let them know there was an issue and they offered me a coupon for a small mozzarella sticks with the purchase of another item. Lol. Like that is helpful or something. Picked up on the intercom with a "can I help you," continued to stay on the intercom, talking to different people and even got a "oh, I wasn't talking to you". Got my drinks home and they weren't correct.
