“Not much of an atmosphere. My granddaughter and I (besides employees) were the only ones there. I wasn't really pleased when the people cleaning the bathrooms without gloves on, were in and out behind the cooking area. They had the doors open so we could see what they were doing. Also a lady came from the back and some of the language she used wasn't the best. I was very glad that there weren't any children there. Also if there are problems going on, I would think that she could have discussed it in a better way. My granddaughter is a teenager so I'm sure she probably has heard some of the things she was saying Good thing my granddaughter liked the food, or I probably would have gotten up and left. Would I go in there again? Not sure. I would definitely look to see who was working before I made my decision.Parking: The handicap parking spaces were across the parking lot. I was trying to find the handicap walk up area. It was at the end of the sidewalk which made it harder to get inside. They need a handicap ramp up closer to the front door.“
“HeyAfter the horrible experience we had last week the manager was able to make things right and we revisited and ordered our usual meals and every thing was perfect from the waitress to the cook just perfect from the hot fresh food to the strawberry lemonade just perfectWe never had an issue dining at this location and the one time when we did they were quick to respondIts wonderful when you can dine out and enjoy the experience 100 percent with customer service being next to non existence these day its good to know IHOP is on it and if you do have a problem they are willing to make it rightAnd let me send a big Thank you to the two wonderful female employees that made and make our experience great every time y'all two are the bestAnd thank you to the manager and the IHOP support teamParking: The time we usually go its just about empty“
“2nd time here on a Sunday. Always a wait, but very worth it and both times we were seated earlier than the estimated wait time. Food and service excellent both times from hostess to server, amount of food, correct order. Love their omelettes,. Biscuit and sausage gravy is just right. Definitely found our breakfast spot! We will have to come specifically to have a lunch meal. We had breakfast meals both times.“
