Ordered the meal and put the exact change on the counter for the cashier. She then said I was supposed to hand it to her. Nothing posted in the area which said I was required to hand payment to the cashier. Very demeaning. I went to fill my drink and there was no ice. They said the ice machine was broken. Our go to for buckets of chicken for family gatherings. Usually I just walk in & order but this time ( 7-31-23) , I ordered online . Every time our order is always correct , tastes good & the staff has always been friendly . No complaints from

The overall visit here was better than any KFC I've ever been to!Ms. Chantel introduced us to the new blackberry lemonade (which I highly recommend) and was otherwise perfectly lovely during dinner. Food was great, service was speedy, and the impression left on me will be long-lasting. 10/10 ?
