I have been waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of anybody in the drive thru. It's well below closing time there's no customers inside. At least put up a sign that says drive thru is close. Very disappointing. Not coming back again

The overall visit here was better than any KFC I've ever been to!Ms. Chantel introduced us to the new blackberry lemonade (which I highly recommend) and was otherwise perfectly lovely during dinner. Food was great, service was speedy, and the impression left on me will be long-lasting. 10/10 ?

Ordered the meal and put the exact change on the counter for the cashier. She then said I was supposed to hand it to her. Nothing posted in the area which said I was required to hand payment to the cashier. Very demeaning. I went to fill my drink and there was no ice. They said the ice machine was broken. I sat down to eat and opened the box to find the size of the chicken was extremely small. I've eaten there before and did not have a problem. Wondering if there was a change in management.

This KFC is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Honestly should be shut down, they get no business and still manage to take forever, get the order wrong, and put out terrible food. Will not return I’d rather starve to death.

20 minute wait for a sandwich and chicken strips. Zero people in line. This place is ridiculous, great first and last impression. You definitely succeeded in not ever getting my business again.
Our go to for buckets of chicken for family gatherings. Usually I just walk in & order but this time ( 7-31-23) , I ordered online . Every time our order is always correct , tastes good & the staff has always been friendly . No complaints from

Terrible! For the last three times that I visited this location, I was told that the system was down. It appears that it goes down to meet the employees desire. The last visit was on July 16, 2023. I called before going to make sure the system was not down. I arrived there within 15 minutes only to be told that the system is down. I asked to speak with the manager about the situation but she refused to speak with me. My suggestion is that you should NOT waste your time going to this location because three times out of three the system will be down.
