This place is horrible!!!! I called in a pick up order…. And they claim someone came and got it… and said my name… but no one was suppose to get my order but me… I never came there and got it…. The manager was very rude and unprofessional… and this happen on Feb 15,2024 approx at 4:20 pm. I called and ask for store manager name they would not give it to me. They gave me a number to where no one answers… very unorganized… but still in process of gettin my money back…. Service is horrible…

I was delivering cars to the enterprise next door, seen the sign so I figured I get a sub but walked in and changed my mind and got a chef salad. I swear it’s the best salad I’ve had in years. I’m a car hauler who lives in GA and i got the salad around 8 pm didn’t get home till midnight and the Salad was delicious still. I wish they had some out in Ga cause I want another one so bad!!!
My visit to Palmetto Sub was marred by a discourteous encounter. Despite expressing my desire to exclude cheese multiple times, it was added to my sub. The lady's attitude following the mistake further detracted from the overall experience, leaving me dissatisfied with the service.Probably never going back to this sub place. The lady was very rude and unapproachable.

Love the tuna sub! They often run out or don't have it available, but a must try if available. I think it tastes better on white bread and more than enough tuna comes on the sub for the price.
