Truly one of the better Sonics I have been to in my life. Good management, plenty of team members working on every shift. Order is always made correct and fresh. The environment is more appropriate compared to most fast foods in Sumter.

It's fast and easy to order and they get your orders rite and easy to get out of parking lot.
Food was prepared very quickly and staff was super friendly. Location was not terribly busy either.

The burger was luke warm, only a tiny bit of lettuce pieces, the pickles were not normal and overpowered the burger, there was too much mayo and not enough ketchup & mustard. I had to scrap off the mayo. A two dollar burger at best.....I had to eat it after paying almost $7.00.

After waiting in the stalls to order, we were advised that the stalls were closed. Once we get to the speaker to order, we advise that there are two orders. Audrey working tonight advised that they could only take one as they were short staffed. When we inquired (with only one car in front of us) to find out how we were going to order when the stalls were closed and we had multiple food orders and payments. Audrey then tells us she can take the orders. Once we finished the first order, she never asked about the 2nd order, and she ignored all requests when speaking back into the intercom. We backed up and pulled back forward for Audrey to then acknowledge us. She then seemed to be annoyed that we still wanted to order. She acted as though she didn't know what was being told to her. Having the order repeated multiple times.. a number 3 (which was the wrong sandwich, a chicken sandwich instead of a burger), 2 corn dogs, fries, and drinks. My $12 chicken club didn't have bacon or lettuce on it. No complaints about the lettuce being missing. Audrey was too preoccupied yelling into the speaker at someone on their phone. We pull to the window and pay and advise that the next order is also ours. Audrey comes over to explain they have "about 4" working tonight. I come here when I visit home and sadly it's not the same. I have returned before after having to speak with the owner regarding my service after spending $50.

I am a college student and live in the area, we go to this sonic for late night runs, tonight we went after getting back from a game, to be fair it was 5 of us( 5 separate orders and the kitchen was busy) but we were patient and not in a hurry, our server was great (makadynn something like that) but, then thing young man named Landon brought us out our carhop order, and i rolled the back window down because I was sitting in the back seat, i then say, is that a order ahead for faith and he said “no it’s not fake” my friend then begins to laugh he proceeds to say to the driver of the car “why does your friend laugh like a gremlin”, then as my other friend are is outside on the phone with her mom he walks by and says “f your friend” and says you look, like you look depressed. It was super disrespectful to our peers to be embarrassed.
