A wonderful dining experience at Waffle House. The staff was courteous, the menu was diverse, and the flavors were outstanding. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Not much of an atmosphere. My granddaughter and I (besides employees) were the only ones there. I wasn't really pleased when the people cleaning the bathrooms without gloves on, were in and out behind the cooking area. They had the doors open so we could see what they were doing. Also a lady came from the back and some of the language she used wasn't the best. I was very glad that there weren't any children there. Also if there are problems going on, I would think that she could have discussed it in a better way. My granddaughter is a teenager so I'm sure she probably has heard some of the things she was saying Good thing my granddaughter liked the food, or I probably would have gotten up and left. Would I go in there again? Not sure. I would definitely look to see who was working before I made my decision.Parking: The handicap parking spaces were across the parking lot. I was trying to find the handicap walk up area. It was at the end of the sidewalk which made it harder to get inside. They need a handicap ramp up closer to the front door.

I went there for lunch with my husband. He had the typical All-star Breakfast with a pecan waffle. He said his overmedium eggs were a bit underdone, and the waffle seemed a bit limp as well as the bacon a little undercooked. I had the toasted Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which I thought was very good, albeit a bit greasy. But then again, you're at Waffle House... you don't go here to eat healthy! Service was really good and the place was clean.

The food was great. Cook was Awesome. He took our order and prepared our meals because the waitress did not. The waitress was horrible and made us feel like unwelcomed customers. She displayed dissatisfaction towards the cook, management, and other wait staff. 1st, she informed us that we would have to wait for the third shift to come on the clock before we could order our food, which led to the cook taking our order. 2nd, she told the cook to serve us our food in to go boxes. 3rd, she became upset when we received our food on dishware. 4th, she verbalize the worriation of being fired by her boss if she was not off the clock by 9:30 pm. 5th, she complained that 3rd shift would come in and get mad with her if they had to wash dishes from her shift. Hence, the reason for wanting our food served on to go trays. We may return but do not want her services at all. Not professional, just an individual who complains about having to do job duties.
Love waffle house hash browns. The waitress forgot my wife's drink and she stood in 1 spot just looking around for a good 5 minutes. Finally said something about wife's coffee. She got it then had to ask us if everything was in front of us or if she missed something. A manager from another store walked in and had to take orders cause they were backed up, the manager there was literally doing nothing. Hashbrown got done and they were all wrong cause waitress didn't put the toppings on it. On top of all that the lady who was washing dishes was literally in front of us and kept saying comments about how she was non stop washing them in front of us. She's not wrong. Really dumb spot for washing dishes.

The waitresses seem to be only worried about their regulars. Our order was close but not correct. I asked for Raisin toast, and my husband got regular toast. My husband asked for a waffle, and we both got a waffle. Asked for eggs up and runny, his yolks were half cooked. Nothing had flavor. I think we will stick to the waffle house across from Walmart.
