We came late at night after a long drive and the gentleman at the window was so proficient and polite. It seemed like he was taking orders and directing the food. It was hot and fresh and fast. He deserves a raise for sure!

Very slow to get food even though there were very few inside customers. Staff were focused on drive thru customers. So, do they need more staff, or more organization to serve both?

While the menu at this place may resemble Wendy's, the service leaves much to be desired. It's frustrating to place an order only to discover that crucial elements are missing, like lettuce on a burger or the absence of Sprite soda. Literally just went there to get my husband and I breakfast I dropped his off at his work and then I came to work and got a text from my husband with the below picture. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We have been calling the location but can't get through to anyone. We are both at work and can't leave. This is UNACCEPTABLE! This had to have been done intentionally! Corporate will hear from me today!

This is supposed to be the New Ghost Pepper sandwich, missing ingredients, and probably the saddest excuse for a sandwich I've ever seen.Besides my sandwich being a failure they over cooked my wives chicken sandwich turning it into a piece of rubber.Don't get me started on the wrong drinks, marked the lids for what we wanted, but failed to fill them with the right drink.

Went to go get some food and went through the drive through, the lady that was the intercom would've seemed nice but wen I asked to do two orders she gave an attitude saying "you want to do two separate orders?" And then literally signed right after saying that, on top of that the order was wrong, I asked to get a double nacho cheese burger and instead of getting that they gave me a baconator which honestly doesn't even taste that good. I didn't know the order was messed up until I got home because traffic was very heavy today. Was my first time here and couldn't believe that this happened, very disappointed with the service and food.

Idk who was cooking tonight at the Broad St. location… but that food was PERFECT! Best service I ever received from the Drive Thru to the pickup window, the service was amazing! The food tasted amazing & so did my drink! Wonderful!

Burger and fries were great. Quite a few of the options of soda were not available. Chocolate frosty was also unavailable at the time. There were issues, but the staff was very friendly.
