We were in line for 35mins on March 24th 2024. We got our food went home and realized that two items (cheese bites, funnel cake) were missing. We had also ordered EXTRA zax sauce and wouldn't you know there was no zax sauce. won't be going back to this Zaxbys 30 bucks worth of disappointment!

Oh my goodness! This was the 1st time in a Zaxby's in years on top of years. We had a sisters and niece day. The food was good. Try out the Wacky Sauce. I tried it on my fries and chicken, and it was the best! The new design of the building inside and outside made me feel as though I was in a cabin out in the woods. The bathroom was clean as well as the sitting area. Go see for yourself!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out.
