I have been sitting in this parking lot since 10:57am. It is now 11:30am. After going inside and asking for our order we got told that they had forgotten about it. Servers were rude, waited over 30 minutes for 3 biscuits and a order of hash browns. Absolutely ridiculous. Glad I do not live near here because I will never come back. Meanwhile, the inside of the store is tightly packed, people still waiting in drive through.
i would visit this Hardee's 3 to 4 times per week ..they are short staffed and I always take that into consideration. Going thru the drive thru just now I ordered 2 chicken tender platters. The employee repeated back to me " 3 piece tenders" ..I said "2. 3 piece. chicken tender platters." She mimicked my tone. Small. Medium. large. It was blatantly disrespectful. I absolutely love Hardee’s especially their charcoal burgers 🍔/chili dogs 🌭🌭 and chicken tenders 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍖❤️
