“Went to ok-u with my mother before going to the peace center. Never been here before but heard alot about it. Food was great and service was good. The guy at the sushi bar was great and friendly. Will go back again. Their happy hour price is great.“
“Delicious food at very reasonable prices. Portions were very large. Ordered at the drive thru window, pulled up, and food was brought out a short time later. Hibachi chicken, Hibachi steak, and a shrimp and scallops. All were delicious. The carrots were at the top of the list for all-time top vegetables. It was out first visit and were already planning the next stop.“
“This place is just simply amazing! The food and service is top notch. All the food that we all ordered came out so fast and fresh. Don't let the price deter you from going because trust me you will be stuffed. Remember it's an All you can eat .“
“In from out of town for work and this is hands down the best Chinese weve had so far. I had the vegetable soup, crab Rangoon & bourbon chicken. All three were delicious and tasted really fresh. Buddies had sesame & Kung pao chicken and both were good. The owner was a super nice lady and attentive to our needs.“
“This is the best Japanese food in town. Quick, clean, and authentic. I've traveled in Japan extensively and the food really scratches that itch when I'm missing it - updating my review a year later to add this is still one of my and my coworkers favorite lunch spots. The staff is super friendly as well.“
“Best sushi ? ? I've had in a long time... VERY, VERY FRESH! Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. (Note: This place can go from slow to very busy within a matter of moments. I.e., during peak hours, just sit back, relax, and enjoy ?.)Parking: It's downtown, but private, free parking is available. Al beit, may be limited during peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for patrons needing walker/wheelchair ♿️ acces.“
“I ordered Hibachi Chicken, Steak & Shrimp, which included fried rice and veggies. In addition, I ordered Spring Rolls. The food was delicious, moist (not overcooked) and seasoned to perfection. This had to be to most delicious Hibachi dinner that my wife and I have ever tasted. Please check Ginza Cafe out for yourself. You won't regret it.Parking: 1760 Woodruff Rd., Suite 200, Greenville, SC 29607Near intersection of E. Butler and Woodruff.NEXT TO PUBLIX“
“Hey there, fellow foodies! I'm here to tell you about my experience at Purple International Bistro, a cozy and eclectic restaurant that serves dishes from all over the world. If you're looking for a place to spice up your taste buds and have some fun with your family, this is the place to go!My wife and I decided to take our kids here for a special occasion, and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and colorful. We started with some appetizers, such as the crispy spring rolls, the hummus platter, and the cheese fondue. They were all delicious and perfect for sharing. My kids especially loved dipping the bread and fruit into the gooey cheese. Yum!For the main course, we had a hard time choosing from the many options on the menu. They had everything from burgers and pizzas to curries and stir-fries. We decided to go for a variety of cuisines, so we ordered the chicken tikka masala, the pad thai, the mushroom risotto, and the lamb shank. They were all cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. My favorite was the lamb shank, which was so tender and juicy that it fell off the bone. My wife loved the risotto, which was creamy and rich. My kids enjoyed the pad thai, which was sweet and spicy. And the chicken tikka masala was a hit with everyone, with its creamy and aromatic sauce. We were pretty full by then, but we couldn't resist trying some of their desserts. We ordered the chocolate lava cake, the tiramisu, and the baklava. They were all heavenly and decadent. The chocolate lava cake was ooey and gooey, the tiramisu was light and fluffy, and the baklava was crispy and nutty. We savored every bite and licked our spoons clean. We had a wonderful time at Purple International Bistro, and we can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the price was reasonable. If you're looking for a place to treat yourself and your loved ones, you should definitely check out this gem of a restaurant. You won't regret it!“
“i’ve been here several times, and I would recommend it. It is one of the most authentic Japanese that you can get in Greer. the only thing I would love to see on their menu would be Onigiri, curry and ramen, and that’s only a suggestion it’s pretty amazing as is. Also, in my opinion, one of the more affordable Japanese in town, but I suppose that does depend on what you get.Vegetarian options: There are vegetable options on most items I've seen, however I'm not vegetarian, so I’m not fully sure.“
“I would’ve gave this place five but let me tell you why. first time we can here it was great amazing. today we decided to sit at bar. the guy was very cold , we ignored it. we asked some questions because we didn’t understand some stuff and he got kinda rude. the hispanic looking guy didn’t get a name .. he laughed and talked to other guest but us he was so rude. the asian guy behind the bar was more nice ! but other than that the food was good. won’t sit at the bar anymore after a bad experience.“
“I always order the vegetable fried rice, which is amazing!!! It has plenty of veggies and each time that I have ordered, the food has been delicious!!! They staff are very helpful and friendly!!! If you ever get a taste for some Chinese and Japanese food, Shanghai Tokyo will ll not disappoint!!!Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options on the menu, depending on what type of dish you desire.“
“Since Dragon Den closed, I visited Hibachi Cafe 3 times, each visit was better. I always order the House Low Mein; never disappointed. Shrimp roll wasn't too good. Spring n egg rolls were excellent.I see other dishes being served, and plenty food and steaming! Prices are reasonable for the amount of food.Try it..lol. Very hospitable employees. ?“
“OMG all I can say is run you will thank me later when I said everything we had was hot fresh delicious. I ordered two of the sexy salads two of the veggie roll and I mean the firecracker shrimp was to die for. I do not know how to cook asparagus but when I say it was off the chain banging you will be back for more parking with good location was great you couldn't ask for a better restaurant.“
“Enjoyed our meal here while we were having our weekend birthday getaway in Greenville. Price wasn’t bad at all and service was good. Atmosphere was cozy. Been craving some rolls and this definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend this place.“
“Amazing sushi, presentation, and overall vibes! Tsunami does a great job of elevating a sports-bar feel - a perfect date night spot for sure. The sushi was exquisite, and not too expensive either.I had the Tuna Trio, the Godzilla Roll, the Crab Wontons (where you can taste the crab!!) and the Sushi Sampler, and all were DIVINE. I make sure to come to tsunami every time I'm in Greenville, and I recommend you do too! ❤️?“
“We had sushi, curry and an appetizer. Delicious. The sushi is packed with flavor. The curry is so savory I saved some for lunch tomorrow and we tried baby octopus. If you close your eyes it’s worth it. The experience here was therapy for my taste buds. “
“I lived in Japan for 6 years and loved eating ramen there. Most places in the U.S. are too expensive and mediocre, but this place was both very good and low priced. My only quibble is that the service wasn’t very friendly and they didn’t offer beer, but if the latter helps them keep the prices low, then I’m ok with that! Kudos to the owner and chef for providing authentic noodle cuisine at an affordable price.“
“Love Sushi is an intimate, quiet little restaurant with great food and service! Our food came out quickly and was very fresh. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. All of their food is reasonably priced and their sushi tastes better than some of the more expensive restaurants in Greenville.“
“You wings and chicken fried rice with your combo. They have lots of combo selections and instead of egg rolls it's wings. They even include a drink with their combos.Small family owned business but very fast and the food is cooked to order in front of you and you can get your drink while you wait.Small eating area but perfect for take out.“
“Can't say enough good things about this place, I ordered Steak Yaki Udon, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the beef was really good, the noodles were great, and ordered a specialty roll, six sense, really good, with wasabi and gari which topped off everything, very nice atmosphere and a friendly waitress and owner.“
“Unassuming strip mall, hibachi, and sushi joint wowed our family.Mom and dad shared:Alaskan salmon sushi meal 4 salmon sushi and salmon avocado roll.Spicy tuna rollTuna avocadoDragon rollTeen boy devoured: steak bentoPreteen girl loved the. “First time there and it was great ! I had the shrimp and someone else had the steak ( which I tried) and another person had the chicken, they gave us salad and soup which were great before and I never had been to a Hibachi grill before, entertaining! Full house in there !Parking: There is a full parking lot but it was very busy so we actually had to park across the street, they are very good and you can tell by the full house they had ! We might have been able to park there if we waited but we had reservations so we didn’t wait .“
“Best sushi in Greenville! I love the wide variety of sushi rolls and entrees. The menu is great and includes photos of everything which makes it hard to decide what to order! California Dreaming and Citrus Rainbow are my favorite rolls. The service is always great as well. Highly recommend!“
“I went around 9 pm through the drive thru, and the food was freshly cooked. I got the steak & shrimp combo plate. The steak was tender, not tough. The shrimp were cooked just right, not overcooked or chewy. The vegetables weren't limp or mushy. The white sauce was thick, not watered down or runny like most places that serve it. I also got the crab ragoon. The filling had a sweetness to it, but the red sauce was a little spicy, so it offset the sweetness very well.“
“Haven ever been there so I don't know how it is there sorry I rate it a one star . So I'll give a 5 for God made the world and he Tokyo a 5 star I've never been past Liberty. and deer Lodge Tenn Right now we all need Jesus in heart and soul all we need gods love I know I do.“
“Oh boy, let me tell you about this place called Poke Bros on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. Now, I may not be the hippest dad in town, but when it comes to finding a good poke bowl, I know a thing or two. So, grab your suspenders and let's dive into this review!Picture this: a sunny day in Greenville, birds chirping, and me, with my trusty Hawaiian shirt, strolling into Poke Bros. As I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff you could ever hope for. They were so welcoming, it was like stepping into a family reunion, but without the awkward family drama. Now, let's talk about the food, shall we? The poke bowls at Poke Bros are like a flavor explosion in your mouth. It's like a party for your taste buds, complete with confetti and streamers. You can choose from a variety of fresh ingredients, like salmon, tuna, or even tofu for all you non-meat eaters out there. And let me tell you, they pile on those toppings like there's no tomorrow. It's like they're trying to build a skyscraper of deliciousness right in front of you.But the real star of the show is their homemade sauces. Oh my goodness, they are the secret weapon that takes these poke bowls to a whole new level. It's like they have a magic wand back there, waving it around and turning ordinary ingredients into culinary masterpieces. I kid you not, I could drink these sauces straight from the bottle. Okay, maybe that's a bit extreme, but you get the idea. And let's not forget about the atmosphere. The place is decked out in a tropical theme, with palm trees and surfboards hanging on the walls. It's like being transported to a beachside paradise, minus the sand in your shoes. The music playing in the background is the perfect mix of island vibes and catchy tunes, making you feel like you're on a vacation, even if you're just grabbing a quick lunch. Now, I have to mention the prices. As a dad, I'm always on the lookout for a good deal, and let me tell you, Poke Bros delivers. You get a huge portion of deliciousness for a price that won't break the bank. It's like finding a ten-dollar bill in your old pair of jeans. It's a win-win situation. In conclusion, if you're looking for a poke bowl experience that will make your taste buds do a happy dance, look no further than Poke Bros on Woodruff Road. It's a place where the flavors are bold, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is as refreshing as a cool summer breeze. So, grab your flip flops and head on over. You won't be disappointed, my friends. Trust me, I'm a dad.“
“There was enough meat in the Teriyaki chicken but it was lacking in vegetables and also sauce. Tasted more like hibachi than Teriyaki. Also only give 2 tiny white sauce containers & charge for each additional. But taste overall was pretty good.“
“My Co workers and I went for lunch on Friday. We advised the waitress that we were at lunch from our downtown office and asked that we dont wait long on our food. The waitress happily said "sure". I am pleased to say that our food was served quickly, hot and very good. I would also like to say the Customer Service was great. Waitress was very friendly, checked on us regularly and most important listened to our requests. My Co workers would go back for lunch again and I will share my experience with other office Co workers.“
“Honestly, I was apprehensive to try sushi from a shack but I was blown away.We had the volcano roll, ell roll, sesame chicken, and crab Rangoon. The rolls, specifically the volcano roll was delicious. I'm originally from FL and this is the first SC sushi place that I've been super happy with. The sesame chicken was rich and tangy and done very well.I wasn't super into the crab Rangoon due to it being more sweet than savory. We also ordered 30min before close so I additionally shocked at how fresh it all tasted and they were very nice even though we showed up a couple minutes after their closing time.We will be back (before closing).“
“I was looking for grilled eel, but no joy. So, I ordered a Sashimi Platter (Deluxe). While it was very good, it was not quite $52 good. Freshness was better than most, but still, not $52 fresh. I sat at the bar; service was outstanding. And, while it was moderately busy, it wasn't packed, nor was it too noisy. Props to my waiter for the bowl white rice, which was "on the house."Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so I will only note they do have vegetarian options on the menu.Parking: Parking is atrocious. I mean, it *is* downtown. There is limited street parking; you can expect at least a little bit of a walk. Parking decks are available and are pretty close.Wheelchair accessibility: Honestly, I couldn't see any good spots for wheelchair sitting. But, doesn't mean they can't accommodate you. Accessible parking will be your biggest problem.“
“Really enjoyed our food. The service was really good as well. Fast as well. A bit older of a building, was hot inside but they had fans going so that helped. The place was clean, restrooms were clean too. Not a bad place for hibachi and sushi“
