Went to Pick up Mobile order for BreakfastWhich was ordered at 10:14am got to drive thru at 1025am and was told my order was cancelled couldn’t get my Breakfast and I Could NOT get a refund! Then showed receipt it was paid for through the App and money was taken out.Person at drive thru was Nasty! Said only can get half of what I paid for and still No refund for the other Frappe that was ordered! Mind you everything Is already paid for. Asked for owner/ manager number no one wants to give up the information. Breakfast is cold now and burnt giving to me. This is Poor customer servicePoor hospitality. Poor Poor Service not worth going through what I had to go through on a day of getting out the hospital to have to deal with Poor service when you Paid for your food and 2 Frapee.This is disgusting and disappointing.the Management or Owner needs to Step in and assist when their Staff is Totally Wrong!

wish i could give a 0. ordered from here twice this week on the way to work. BACON EGG & CHEESE MCGRIDDLE WITH HASHBROWN & DRINK. both times they got the order wrong. first time i got a SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE ? and today i got a BISCUIT. they need to just put another restaurant there if they’re not going to train people to listen. this was both in the drive through & i noticed when i got to work bc i was running late hence why i didn’t make my own bfast at home.

Another visit to my local McDonald's proves, once again, that even the once mightiest of all franchises can alienate customers. In this case, the food was fine, as was the facility, but the service was pathetic. I received no receipt from the kiosk and couldn't get one afterwards, and even though I had a table tent # my meal wasn't brought to the table. Instead, the counter person just yelled out the order, like 'come and get it if you want it!' Perhaps others don't care, but if you're going to do it, do it right! I keep giving them one more chance, so I must be the real dummy.

They went that extra mile to make sure I felt appreciated as a customer, that my food was hot and fresh, and that the order was correct!
