How many times have they screwed up my orders? Every time. Request extra sauce? Not in bag. Order a Supremes combo and fries are missing. Order a side of slaw and have to go inside for it. Ask for a 5 piece combo and get 4. When it's hot the food is good. Physically the restaurant is fine. It's the workers. As a former food and retail chain worker, this restaurant hires some of the most incompetent people I've seen. It's a simple job to pack an order. You follow a receipt that is your instructions. You ensure that the items requested are included in the bag and you deliver it to the customer. These workers don't care about the customers and while at times I understand that, it's every time though. Every single order has a mistake. If you're looking to get a better job and make a career you could start by doing your current job properly. It's much less demanding than those careers you dream about.

Service was wonderful, but my food was not up to par. I gave it a try two days in a row.1st day I got a bacon & cheese biscuit, the biscuit was thin as a sheet of paper.2nd day I got a sausage biscuit, the biscuit is normal size today but is extremely dry almost like an old biscuit. The girl taking the orders and helping at the window was very nice and attentive, but the food quality is lacking.

I stop here for breakfast several times a week some weeks and this is the easily the most consistent restaurant around! Always on point- fast, friendly, CLEAN and they never mess up your order. The line could be wrapped around the building, and you'd still be out of there in under 5 minutes.
Might be one of the better Bojangles around and the manager here takes pride in managing her staff! Suppppper sweet lady!

Food is trash. Roaches everywhere. And they expect you to work 10 hours standing on your feet the entire time with no breaks. They don’t care if you’re young or old. I hope the place burns down with the managers inside.
We didn't think Bojangles Bisquicks are as good as Hardee's. Sorry just our humble opinion.

First time at a Bojangles, food is delicious, but what made it for me today was Karon, the register clerk. I said it was my first time, and she talked about all the offerings with details and made recommendations. When I was done eating, she asked me how my experience was and wished me a good day. I know this fast food, but it was a better experience from staff members than most regular restaurants I've been to recently.
