The order was wrong & missing items..manager was to call me back ..still waiting for the call .Paid $36.00 for steamed rice .they always use the excuse of not understanding ..Happy New Year
I ordered sesame seed chicken with chicken lo mein. Once I was able to get home to eat realized they put 5 peices of shrimp in the food. I couldn't eat the food due to I can't eat shrimp. I took the reciept and a picture into China wok II on Platt Springs rd in West Columbia and the manger said she would only give me 50% off on another one. The manager said if I asked to speak to the owner he wouldn't do anything for me. I wasn't asking for the whole order that I paid over 50.00...read full review
Hair in food and was laughed at when I asked for a refund. Owner didn’t care at all. Told me I should not have wasted my money.
