I am so unhappy right now with Subway! I ordered ahead to save time but once I got there, I was stuck waiting in drive thru for 15 mins. I get to the window, they tell me they are out of pretzels and I asked to add a sandwich to my order and they said it was too late. Mind you it was 8:33p.m. and they closed at 9pm. After getting home, I opened the saddest looking meatball sandwich I've ever seen. Bread is crumbly and hard, sauce is M.I.A. and it's cold! (Please see the video I have included) Subway, you have seen your share of yours and downs through the years, but this takes the cake. Not too mention, your employees could care less to be there. Subway? Is a No-way, Not today, smh ??

Food is Alright. Lady on the drive through speaker (who I’ve encountered before) got irritated with me as I placed my order. It felt like I didn’t even get the chance to tell her how I wanted my sub made.Ultimately I’ve been satisfied because of the efficiency but you’re striking me wrong with the ignorance. I’m sure this is the manager I’m talking about, young Indian lady with glasses.

I ordered online, my card was charge for the special buy one get one free footlongs and they did not give me my food or money back. I called my credit card and it was charged. They only took my name and phone number if my order came up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION in Emanuel Church Rd!

We enjoyed our sub but the service for the store in three fountains had a terrible service girl working. We walked in, she was sitting in the dining room alone on her phone. We ordered and she made subs, gave us cups. She went back to the dining room. The drink machines had NO ICE, she was aware and not only ignored is but also continued to play music videos loudly on her phone. Will not be back to this location.

I was asked to see the coupon and was told We Don't take that coupon. Is this how to treat a customer?Why send this coupon via USPS to my address if you don't honor it?I will never visit this place again.
