I visited this Wendy's on Tuesday afternoon March 12, 2024 to get a small vanilla frosty and upon getting home, I ate 2 spoonfuls of the frosty and it tasted sour, so I tried 1 more spoonful to see if it was just my tastebuds but it still tasted spoiled so I discarded it in the trash and to my Surprise I woke up 5am the following morning with stomach pains, vomiting and constant diarrhea which shortly afterwards led me to urgent care, in which I was diagnosed with food poisoning....read full review

Store was filthy. Walk in to order food and no acknowledgement or anything. Got my food ordered and awaiting for it to get done which mind you it was cold... a young man walked in to order. He literally stood at the register for a good 10 min no acknowledgement, he ended up walking out. There was 4 people fixing food and no one working the register...I also observed two of the young ladies go in the back to play around. This location needs to get it together.

This is the second time in a span of 7 days that I’ve went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes to pay for my food while I watch a big girl at the window do everything but acknowledge I was there , another 7 min to get the food . Not friendly whatsoever, handed me two UNsweet teas , no straws . Handed me my food bags balled up in her hand . I get fast food may be a little frustrating at times but find a new job if u don’t understand the concept of customer service...read full review
