I use the app to order. Last week, my order was not correct. Today, I was asked to pull into a parking spot. I waited 8 - 10 minutes and then went inside. My order was still being "worked on."

I like Hardee's food. Prices are getting too high though. Locally, Westminster's was the best, now not so much. I walked in and ordered a breakfast platter. I was the only person at the counter. The person taking my order spoke out my order to the preparer. Two others came in. They were served. Once again, the preparer was told of my order. Another person came in and was served. Ordered on Hardee's APP. I got to window and cashier kept messing my order up. Tater tots we're old and greasy. Both sausage n gravy biscuits had no sausage in the gravy!! And, the gravy tubs were each half full. At the prices Hardee's is now charging that is so ridiculous. And the outside of the store at the drive-up, and where you can see inside into the restaurant area is filthy. I will drive to the Hardee's in Seneca from now on.
