We got some food tonight. My husband's burger was fine, but I got the Chicken BLT and it was HORRIBLE! I had it once before and it was good. They burned my chicken so much that it was rock hard! It's really not that difficult people! I worked at Hardees as a teenager (in a different state), and fnot much has changed food wise, so I know it's not that difficult to get the food cooked correclty. Gene has the best customer service! Very friendly and polite! Fries were fresh and service was quick!
1 don’t bother calling the store they won’t answer
2 don’t bother going there in a big truck they won’t let you order at the counter inside. They expect you to walk through the drive through. (Which is totally against most every property insurance policy, unsafe)
