I love zaxbys sauce and chicken but can't understand why they make everyone pull over and park and pay a kid to bring it out. No one was leaving any faster, and I'm quite good at math. It didn't add up, and I saw no upside. I only witnessed, by making everyone in the drive thru pull into a parking space, massive traffic pile ups in the parking lot.
Ordered 90 dollars worth of food online have done this many times in the past, get there at 328pm check in and waited everyone coming through drive thru was getting orders no problem so at 354pm I walked in and my order was sitting on the counter not only did I order online the wait was ridiculous and then get home my order was short, this wasn't the first time but this is my review and they need to get it together prices are cheap to cut ur customer service and short a customers...read full review
