Absolutely love this place the food is always amazing and the staff and all so kind and polite every visit, the store is well kept and clean. I would recommend to any and everyone to come by enjoy some delicious food from zaxbys in York!!!!

I want to know what is the purpose of curbside ordering when you order your food 15 minutes prior to arriving and still waiting 30+ minutes to get your food. MANY times I've had to call or pull in drive thru just to get my food. The order just sits on the counter getting cold while people in the drive thru gets their order before you. Ridiculous !

I love zaxbys sauce and chicken but can't understand why they make everyone pull over and park and pay a kid to bring it out. No one was leaving any faster, and I'm quite good at math. It didn't add up, and I saw no upside. I only witnessed, by making everyone in the drive thru pull into a parking space, massive traffic pile ups in the parking lot.

Ordered 90 dollars worth of food online have done this many times in the past, get there at 328pm check in and waited everyone coming through drive thru was getting orders no problem so at 354pm I walked in and my order was sitting on the counter not only did I order online the wait was ridiculous and then get home my order was short, this wasn't the first time but this is my review and they need to get it together prices are cheap to cut ur customer service and short a customers order

Today was horrible on the inside. I am a Dasher and I was waiting patiently for the guy at the front counter to acknowledge I was there for more than ten mins. Nobody was in line to order then watched them put orders together and leave them on the counter. Come to find out that was my order. The customer's food had been there the whole time. I had to figure out which parts were for my order. The guy was too worried about these two really young girls that were waiting on their order. Tried to lie and say he didn't see me then he did not know I was there for it. I was right at the counter with a red Dasher bag. If he had spoke to me he wouldn't have had any confusion. This was when I asked him to do better about his customer service. Then a customer stoped me to try to talk to me about patience and the Bible. Not that I mind. I just don't like people who shove religion down other people's throats when they don't know the person. You are being judgemental. People need to realize nobody is perfect but do your job. Stop getting jobs to pick someone up and start doing the jobs you fuss about later there are people that would give anything for the job you are not doing. Have a blessed day people stop judging and start doing. You never know what someone's life is

I don’t recommend using this place unless you’re dining inside. If you go through the window you’ll be very disappointed. I ordered a sandwich with no ranch. I had to go in and get a new sandwich without ranch. They gave me the wrong drinks and the fries were supposed to have extra seasoning didn’t happen. If you dine in it’s a great place to eat.
