I called to have a pizza delivered. The store claimed they tried to call me 4 times. I was called by my driver saying they would be there in a few minutes, and never got a call back… when I called they claimed I missed their calls despite not having a call in my missed calls. They were very rude and hung up on me when I tried to call them about it!

The customer is never right! Only at Dominos. Definitely not the first time I've been burned here, but certainly the last time.

This was delivery. Alexander was polite, on time and the food was hot and good. I do like the fact that Domino's still does their own delivery, the ONLY time i had door dash delivery, my debit card was used again in California the next day several times and I had to get a new one since I've never been to California. I prefer the old way of doing things, I think it's a more trustworthy system.Thank you for the great food and service.

So when the store says it’s open till 12 and I put an order in at 11:45 and you cancel it that means you’re not open till 12 and are actually advertising false hours. The order was submitted charged and went all the way through the prep process but for some got canceled… hmm maybe update your hours if you’re not going to fill orders that come in before close. As someone who’s spent years working in food service I know for a fact people can order right up till close, the restaurant is supposed to account for those things and if they can’t fulfill that obligation they don’t deserve to have business.

I'm not sure what the deal was today, but they totally failed me and a lot of other customers... I ordered before 5 on a Saturday which should have set me up for success.The app said my order was ready after an amount of time that was about 10 more minutes than usual. Not the end of the world. I gave them 10 minutes to bring the pizzas out to my car after the order said it was ready. Then I went inside. I waited for an additional 15 minutes and the pizza still wasn't ready, so I left.Kind of a fail by lieing on their apps order status and therefore giving me false expectations.Fortunately most of the time they're on point.Parking: Terrible parking. Crammed and overcrowded

We had Domino's for our cub scout pinewood derby. The Dominos team was very helpful in helping us pre-order. The pizzas were completed on time and the staff was super kind and assisting in loading all the pizza in my van. Most of all the pizza was delicious and the cub scouts were super excited to have pizza at the event! We will definitely order from the Brookings Domino's for future events!

Was unable to place review on website (how convenient) so posting it here. Pizza arrived barely room temp basically cold and had to reheat it in the oven. Though have to give them credit for making it here in decent time for once. As usual, extremely overpriced for the quality. Just buy a digorino (hell totionos is more worth it).

In the past I would only do pick-up orders; even then, I found myself standing at the counter for five to ten minutes waiting for one of the several employees to hand me my pizza that was getting cold on their shelf. Recently, I ordered delivery. After an hour the order showed as "Delivered" in my app, but was nowhere to be found. I called and they told me to wait another 20 minutes to see if it would show up. I gave them a generous 30 minutes and called back. "Not sure what happened to it" was all I got. It took another 45 minutes to receive my order (by this point, over two hours since I originally ordered) and the order (one medium pizza and bread bites) was completely incorrect. I will never order from this location again; their service skills are pathetic.
