So when the store says it’s open till 12 and I put an order in at 11:45 and you cancel it that means you’re not open till 12 and are actually advertising false hours. The order was submitted charged and went all the way through the prep process but for some got canceled… hmm maybe update your hours if you’re not going to fill orders that come in before close. I'm not sure what the deal was today, but they totally failed me and a lot of other customers... I ordered before 5 on a Saturday which should have set me up for success.The app said my order was ready after an amount of time that was about 10 more minutes than usual. Not the end of the world. I gave them 10 minutes to bring the pizzas out to my car after the order said it was ready. Then I went inside. We had Domino's for our cub scout pinewood derby. The Dominos team was very helpful in helping us pre-order. The pizzas were completed on time and the staff was super kind and assisting in loading all the pizza in my van. Most of all the pizza was delicious and the cub scouts were super excited to have pizza at the event! We will definitely order from the Brookings Domino's for future events!
