No ketchup given with my French fries and no butter given to me for my biscuit. Who eats French fries without ketchup and biscuits without butter? They act like they're paying for the condiments so they don't want to give you any.

Me and my family were just looking for some good food to eat quickly but we got yelled at and given attitude by the store manger and I went in side and ask him wassup with his attitude and he said I will not be yelled at so you can leave as all I ask was was with the attitude I thought you were supposed to be a manager but he still said you can have a nice day and I said you too thanks for the poor service.
it seems they have new workers because this is the best service and chicken I've had in my life easy 5 stars

Drive through attendant, a large male, every time I interact with him he's rude and comes off as bothered to take your order. I've spoken to the assistant manager but nothing has changed. My husband and two of our friends have experienced the same behavior with this one individual. Twice also at approximately 6pm, we've been told they are out of Chicken.
The food was good and the service was alright. The atmosphere on the other hand was disappointing. Some guy in the back was rather amped up and there was plenty of LOUD vocalization of his frustration directed towards other KFC employees. I don't know what was behind the shouting but I would hope it could be handled in a different manner or at least in a setting that was more private. I don't feel that the entire building should have to witness this type of behavior when they are trying to enjoy a meal.
