“These gems are having a hard time because our serving women and men aren’t using them enough. Retired military too! Nonappropriated activities can’t make it unless we use them. Thanks decisions made long ago that choked MWR activities out. Let’s take care of our service members.

Nice atmosphere with a good selection of drinks. Maybe add some modern non-alcohol beer since that’s trending. Gladly come here again.

“The food was wonderful and there were so many options! Buffett is currently closed due to pandemic but they have a very large menu of options - Indian to Central Asian with some Nepalese specialties - as well as mixed platters to make it possible to try a variety of things. The menu descriptions are fairly detailed and the spiciness level is a question asked for most items mild, medium, spicy). prices run from 8-12 for appetizers and 12-20 for meals and mixed platters which seems quite reasonable for the serving size and skill in preparation. It would be a wonderful place for families, romantic dinners out, or a good place to meet an old friend and talk over 2 or 3 courses. Inside was very comfortable, good spacing and light, not too loud, with many beautiful decorations and carved accents. The owners and staff were wonderful - friendly, accurate, quick to help and quite fast food preparation. I would absolutely come back!”

“We went ice skating this afternoon. We went back and forth for ice cream and there was one young lady working by herself. She was working her butt off and was very polite and stayed cool under pressure running between the front and the outside window. Oh and our ice cream was awesome! It was my first time trying afagato.”

Not the typical “burnt sludge” you get when asking for a regular coffee. I grabbed a chai and the gal was very pleasant and a “girl’s girl” type😊. Also, gave a decent military discount! Nothing at all to feel “uncomfortable” about, it’s just coffee folks, with some pretty ladies included. Thanks for the good wake up cup! Moving across the country over the next several months. “We used to go to the southside location but recently started going to the north location. The overall vibe feels more laid back, the folks working seem more chill, and Stephanie (the “mean old lady” haha, her joking words) was super nice and I saw and heard her interacting with other guests, many of whom she seemed to recognize which is always a lovely thing to see when employees recognize customers and can build that relationship with them. While we’ve never had true complaints at the southside location, we do prefer the north side one and will absolutely be back!”

“5-Star Beer and burger pairing. Hay Camp has solid line of beers-sours-gluten free options and seating. They do fill up in summer months, so judge your timing. Pin ball and friendly staff makes it a good place to be. Grabbed food from Dakota Meat Company. Had a 2-Pattie wagu bacon-cheese burger with fries for $18+tax+tip and brought it to Hay Camp Brewery. Fabulous.”
