“We headed to Pierre to go to the Capitol to see the Christmas Trees. They were gorgeous! We asked at the gas station for a recommendation for a drink & meal. So glad she recommended The Longbranch. Our waitress was kind & friendly. It was a Tuesday afternoon, but we could imagine a crowded Saturday night with a band in this grand bar. Food was excellent. We hope to be back.“
“Dined in with my family of 6 on 02/16/24 for supper. We had burgers, seasoned fries, fish, bbq ribs, seasoned mashed potatoes, garden salads. We were seated at a large table in the far NE corner of the dining room. The seating location was PERFECT...especially with a 5 year old child. Wait time was minimal. Food was EXCELLENT. Servers were EXCELLENT. They checked regular on us with smiles and very attentive to refilling drinks. Will definitely return on regular basis.Parking: Parking lot is a new, level concrete surface rather than the ol busted asphalt that plagues most parking lots. It was plowed clear of snow & ice.Kid-friendliness: Our 5-year old was pleased....“
“My flight was delayed for a day so I ended up having several glasses of Pinot Grigio with a Salad Niçoise…wow this place is cozy, my fiancé and I were romanced by its classic charm. I forgot the brand of the wine but it was supple and light with a nice Granny Smith note I kept coming back for. If I ever come back to Pierre, I will certainly come back here! (:“
