A nice restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. Loved the Sangria I ordered. Had chicken fajita which came with a cute boat that had salsa, guacamole, cheese and other stuffs in it. Definitely watch out for the cast iron tray the fajita comes in because It’s extremely hot, and the server would probably warn you. Would definitely be going back there if I had the chance. Enjoy ?

My son took me to lunch. The service was good and so was the food. We went for a lare lunch, so there weren't too many people there. The only thing that I didn't like is everybody got their meals at separate times. It was a little awkward.

We had the most amazing service and food! Hadn't been to a Chili's in a long time but we were in Rapid City for a dance competition and it hit the spot all around. Food was amazing! Get the fajitas and all the appetizers!

Went there tonight for our one year anniversary, We went there for our first date so we just wanted to go there for our one year anniversary. We waited 30 minutes to get a table. It completely dead. My drink was messed up , when I went to the bathroom they were all in the back dancing. There was a couple things off the menu that I wanted and they did not have. I asked to speak to the manager but he/she never came out to check on us or asked us how are meal or service was. I am very disappointed especially spending 80 bucks plus tip when I could have went to Olive garden and would have spent the same exact money but better service and better food.

Honestly, probably the worst Chili's experience I've ever had, and I really love Chili's. Definitely suffering from staffing shortages, our waitress said she was new and/or it was her first day, but she was by herself and not being trained, which showed.Wasn't told until we went to order that they had no soup or salad that day (strange - also very sad, literally the only reason we went was to get the chicken enchilada soup), so got the "new" chicken crispers, which were mediocre at best, they got our sauces wrong twice, and we weren't even given the mac and cheese it was advertised to come with. In fairness, we could've asked about the mac, but at that point just wanted to eat and leave. Bill took forever to come.On the whole, I don't really blame the waitress, but there was just an overall lack of care and quality in the food and service. Hope it improves at some point.
