Found a hair in my food after a couple bites called them after they had me text numerous pictures to prove what I was saying they said they would give me an entree the next time. After 29 more minutes of me explaining I paid for the combo they finally agreed. Tried to use my credit again had to argue for quite some time they finally said ok free combo. How exactly is it free when I paid for it but couldn’t eat it? Very rude and treated like I was trying to score free food....read full review
Excellent Service. Food is fantastic! Best Chinese food I've ever had!
Not sure who owns the Great Wall these days but they need to up their game. We have been loyal customers if not frequent, maybe order 5 or 6 times a year. A little more if I am eating take out while at work. When we order delivery, being just two of us, I order extra since leftovers are an easy meal next day, and its improve the economics of the delivery costs for the great wall
