I have eaten at Popeyes for over 20+ years all over this great country. I went to the 1 in RAPID City, SD. I went overboard and ordered over $45 of food. When I got home to eat, it was all dried out, overcooked and plain downright nasty. I called to complain and told it was my fault for not eating it right away. They put me through to talk to 3 different people. Not 1 of them took responsibility and tried to help. I am trying to deal with corporate, but no luck there either....read full review
Disappointing. Always disappointing.
Always out of fries and sodas.
Never get my barbecue sauses, honey, butter, anything with my to go meals. Every few months I give you guys another chance and the performance is still the same. If you're running out of things regularly maybe order more of it so it lasts through until the next truck comes.
I come for the Cajun fries and almost every time it's "we're out of coke, dr.pepper, lemonade and fries"
