Went in around 2pm,no one in there except me,finally when lady came out i ordered,she didnt know how to make a kids meal and gave me Turkey when i ordered ham..says she doesnt slice meat daily because she had a heart attack and doesnt use slicer..the bread was hard,each of the 3 sandwiches we couldnt eat the bread just stuff inside and thats not samdwich...apparently doesnt bake bread either..worst subway i ever had ..will not return to this one...also tried to order to pickup and that wasnt available to do..

Hours keep getting shorter and shorter, 10am-3pm now. Come through often trucking and it's really hard to get a healthy meal when all Pilot offers is fried food and a Subway that's closed most hours of the day.

My experience here was actually quite pleasant. The nice lady behind the counter deserves a raise.

If I could give a zero I would. Stood there 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. 1 worker in the back and the one in front is clueless. Then to make matters worse someone else came in and the guy from the back waited on that person and the guy that was upfront just looked at me and went and leaned on the counter where the oven is. I walked out. I was told by the pilot manager that the guy that was upfront had only been there 2 days. The pilot manager doesn’t manage subway. Maybe subway needs to pull their heads out of their rear and maybe have someone that knows what they’re doing stay upfront and help the new guy

Rude employee, couldn't even put a simple sandwich together. I opened my wrapper and everything is falling out the bread was scrunched up, food was falling out of both sides of the wrapper I'm on the road and need a fork to eat my sub. Not pleased with their service. Very disappointing

The food is OK the service is something to be desired. My family on occasion buys me gift cards since it’s literally a quarter mile from my job and is an easy lunch but since they don’t take gift cards there and I’ve been told “we ’re working on it” for the last 2+ years, I really fail to believe them at this point. If they’re not going to take them, they need to take the option away and put up a bigger, sign other than a little sticker they have next to the credit card machine.

We noticed this is the only Subway with a good rating on Yelp so we went here and it did not disappoint. Our server, Sheri, was gracious and patient with my kiddos deciding what they wanted on their ham and cheese. We will definitely go here again and encourage anyone who wants subs in Rapid City to go here too!

The food is always great here, the staff are very quick with your order and always helpful. The main issue I gave subway I 3 star review is the hours of operation. Sometimes it's not clear when they are open or suddenly they aren't. We all have hard times, staffing issues, etc. I'm hoping that soon they will have regular hours again!

630 pm on a Saturday and subway is closed. Pfj shoved subway in all the stores and now drivers can't even get something to eat after parking. This is several days in a row of parking for the evening and subway already being closed. They just can't handle it anymore.
