“The experience was good, the food was more than good and the pleasantries of the workers was good. You can't beat that combo. I just know I didn't order triple meat burgers. Way too much food for me and my son as well. Neither one of us could finish it. But it was really good.“

I had my arms full with 2 young kiddos and he helped me get a highchair, get lids for my drinks, brought my food to me and gave my oldest a toy. Thank you for your kindness and dedication! “I don’t usually write these, but the service today 12/15/2023 was phenomenal. I was placing my order in the drive through and was going to use their app on a buy one get one Pretzel Baconator. Well the app crashed while I was ordering and I lost the coupon, so I just told them to take those off and I’d use another coupon. They gave me a total and I drove up to the next window. Well the nice lady at the window asked me what I had ordered. Being my order was a mess. She scanned the other coupons for the other sandwich. She said you know what. You can have both the Baconators for the buy one get one price and the other sandwich for free too. Like wow. She didn’t even question what happened, and just said it’s okay and that it happens. She was prepared to make her customer happy is all, she also wished me a merry Christmas. Amazing customer service today. I couldn’t be more happy. She deserves a pay raise!! Amazing.“
